Have It Done Right The First Time
We do honest work at a fair price. We never sell anything on your vehicle that doesn't need to be sold. (We only fix what needs fixing.) We will even go as far as letting you know which repairs should absolutely be done to keep you safe while driving, and which vehicle repairs you can put off for a little further. This way if our client doesn't have all the money needed to do the repairs they can save up for the more non-threatening repairs that are needed on their car. We pride ourselves on treating each customer as our own family. Call today for a free estimate at (630) 898-4349

Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
I've been in business since 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
I provide auto repair and maintenance.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been an auto mechanic for twenty eight years. What made me decide to go in business for myself was that I wanted to provide a place for people to bring their vehicles to be fixed without being ripped off.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Pretty much I can fix anything other than body repair on one's vehicle. I don't just specialize in tires, and front end parts or exhaust repair. I specialize in anything and everything. If someone needs a motor rebuilt or a transmission repaired I'm your guy. My business is like a Walmart for the auto industry. Whatever the car needs I can repair it.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At the moment I'm renting a space from a factory around the corner from my home. When I have the funds available I plan on buying a building with a store front and a waiting room. Once I have one shop working and running sufficiently I hope to open another and see what the future has in store. I would love to my company a franchise.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I am about a mile south of the I-88 tollway, off Farnsworth Ave. When heading south on Farnsworth Ave. just at the end of the bridge one would turn east onto Dearborn Ave. The first entrance on the left is through a gated area with a Security check. My customers either come here and advise the security guard that they're there to bring their vehicle to me or they drop their vehicle off at my home. If they're coming to my home they just take Dearborn Ave. until it dead ends at Crane and turn north to Plain Ave. Crane literally dead ends at my driveway. I have a sign at the end of the driveway by my house clearly visible at the road.
What type of payments do you accept?
Currently I accept cash, checks, and credit card payments.
Which areas do you service?
I mostly service Aurora and Naperville; but I have some customers that drive from Woodridge, DeKalb, and Plainfield just because they would rather spend the extra money in gas to have someone working on their vehicle they know they can rely on receive a better labor rate.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner, customer service representative, and the mechanic. I look forward to the day I can have another employee to share the work load with.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
This car runs better than its ever ran before.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Have it done right the first time is my company logo. Anything worth doing is worth doing your best and taking the time to make sure its done thoroughly.
