We are fully insured and ready to tackle your bathroom project.
We have a licensed plumber on board with us. We do all the Tiling, Trim, Paint, Underlayment, Drywall, Framing, and every aspect of the bathroom remodel. All of our work is impecible. Straight groat lines, even floors, and beautiful paint jobs are what we do. We insure that we have all the right underlayment secured to the floor so that your tile will last for decades.
By making sure there is proper floor joists, floor thickness, and secure underlayment your tile will not crack, pop, shift,or come off for any reason.
To give you an idea of how long everything takes and some ideas on the cost of remodeling your bathroom, we have included some information on prices. All the cement board is sealed before tiling and all the proper joints are caulked. It takes 24 to 30 hours for mortar to dry before tile can be grouted. Once grouted, it takes 48 hours before it can be sealed.
If any drywall needs to be replaced it will take about 2-3 days if it's anything over 4 pieces of drywall. If its a piece or two we can usually finish it in 1 to 2 days. Most demo of bathrooms takes a day, and a tub surround and floor can be tiled in a day. Most bathroom projects take about a week to 2 weeks depending on size of job.
All bathroom walls are washed, scraped, floated, and patched so that all paint will adhere properly. They are then primed, and the 2 coats of quality paint for a finish that will shine. Semi Gloss paint is used due to the high levels of moisture from hot showers and will repel the water better than other sheens. By using a quality paint ,and caulk, things will not crack, peel, bubble, and are easier to clean up.
Most of are bathrooms run about $3,500 to $4,500 for a basic remodel.
Most basic jobs include all tiles installed, new shower valve, new shut offs and water lines for toliet and faucet, new drywall hung and tapped, full paint job, toliet installed and tub glazed with new overflow valve and drain.
It costs 350 dollars for old tubs to be glazed and will look like a brand new tub. If a new tub is installed it will cost about 120 to 300 for tub and a couple hundred dollars to install, depending on the setup.
Tile installed with sealed groat runs about $4 a square foot with underlayment installed, and each sheet of drywall installed and finished will cost about 35 dollars a sheet. A paint job will cost between 100 to about 350 dollars depending on the size and layout.
Materials usually match up close to how much labor will be . Ex $2,000 in labor will usually cost $2,000 in materials.
I look forward to hearing from you, and you will never need another handyman again. I have plenty of pics and will take you to a few bathrooms to see my work. Thanks agian
