We gain an understanding of what our customers primary business focus, pain points with technology and requirements and then makde technology recommendations in the areas of infrastructure, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have 19 years of technology experience in the IT industry, coupled with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and an advanced Master's Degree in Information Assurance and Security Design, so enjoy working with organization's to make IT become an enabler.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer exceptional customer service; after understanding our customer's requirements, we provide a thorough analysis, make recommendations and follow through with the implementation of a project and lastly provide knowledge transfer so the customer is self sufficient.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our primary business brick and mortar location is Lisle, IL, our business is registered in Aurora, IL and we plan on expanding in the Sarasota, FL location next.
