How long have you been in business?
Jennings Terrace was established as not-for-profit in 1943 by a group of Aurora businessmen.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide Assisted Living services and Nursing Care in a community setting for adults age 50 or more.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a not-for-profit, our mission is to provide quality affordable care for seniors. Through grant awards, fund raising and donations, we are able to provide care at lower costs than our competitors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. No plans to expand locations.
What type of payments do you accept?
We are primarily private pay. We have 12 Medicaid beds in our Nursing facility.
Which areas do you service?
Our residents may come from anywhere.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We have a Board of Directors that oversee our Executive Director who maintains our day-to-day operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We serve our residents 24/7. Our Business Office is open 8-4 Monday - Friday.
