How long have you been in business?
Quality Logo Product was established in December of 2003.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a leading distributor of promotional products and corporate apparel such as pens, tote bags, water bottles, and custom t-shirts. We can pretty much put your company logo or slogan on ANYTHING imaginable.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started by two young and energetic entrepreneurs, Quality Logo Products has evolved into the industry leader for custom apparel and promotional items online. Started fresh out of College, neither owner brought prior experience to the table other than a "get it done" attitude and strong work ethic. Quality Logo Products was established because we felt that the online community was being under-served by the providers available at the time. Quality Logo Products was determined to make ordering promotional products online easy and stress free.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Quality Logo Products is entirely employee owned; it's what sets us apart from our competition. Add this with a great selection of HAND PICKED quality products and you've got a winning combination.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have a single location but we are expanding this fall. We recently purchased and are converting neighboring warehouse space into 6,600 sq./ft of new/additional office space. We're not just painting the walls and throwing some cubicles into this thing, it's going to have an elevator, a waterfall, and an AWESOME cafeteria!
Provide detailed directions to your location
Easy. Simply take I-88 (east or west depending on where your coming from) and get off on Lincoln Highway (31). Head south until you hit Indian Trail Road. Make a right onto Indian trial, a left onto Highland Ave. We're about 1/2 mile down Highland Ave - you can't miss us.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Check, money order, PayPal, wire transfer, and the list goes on...
Which areas do you service?
Quality Logo Products is a multi-national company. Customer service is available in 3 different languages (English, Spanish, and French) and we do business around the globe 24/7.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Quality Logo Products is entirely employee owned; it's what sets us apart from our competition. Our employees care because their jobs because its their performance alone that determines how successful they personally and the company are.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM CST - 6:00 PM CST Closed Saturday and Sunday.
